This will include a lab requisition to LabCorp to have the following labs completed;
Lipids
CMP
TSH
A1c
Patients will need to bring the lab order and a valid photo ID to the nearest Labcorp (appointment may be required). Fasting is preferred for Lipid results, but not required.
