Telehealth Consultation
Service Description
This is for patients to access a live telehealth Physician to be cleared for weight loss medication. Visits will be ON DEMAND, and available 365-days, from 9am - 10pm EST. *it does not matter what day you "book" on our schedule -- you will be able to access the telehealth provider any day / time between 9am - 10pm EST for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy
Patients will pay a $30 deposit to access their live telehealth (video) visit with a licensed provider. The $30 deposit will be applied to your first medication order. The $30 deposit is non-refundable in the event a patient does not place a medication order - for any reason. Booking Time: Patients can pick any day/time -- once paid the visit will be on demand, when you are ready to join. The hours of provider availability are 365-days a year between 9:00am - 10:00pm EST.
