Cancellation Policy

TRT consultations require lab work to be completed and on file with Elite Health Solutions at least 24-hours before patient's appointment time. Patients may cancel or reschedule their consultation appointment no later than 24-hours before their scheduled appointment time. There is a $75 cancellation / rebooking fee for any appointments cancelled or rebooked within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment time.
