How our weight loss program works

Do you meet the FDA prescribing guidelines for GLP-1 medications?

FDA prescribing guidelines:

Patient has a BMI of 30 or greater
OR

Patient has a BMI of 27 or greater PLUS one of the following;

  • Hypertension (high blood pressure)​

  • Hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol)

  • Type II Diabetes

Lab work!  Prior to your consultation with a provider, you must have lab work uploaded via our patient resources upload (HERE) or via email || or completed through LabCorp - ordered from Elite Health.

  • REQUIRED LABS MUST INCLUDE:

    • Lipids

    • CMP​

    • TSH

    • A1c

  • Labs must have been completed within 60-days of your consultation appointment.​ Out-of-range labs may disqualify a patient from obtaining a weight loss medication prescription.

    • If you require a lab requisition for lab work, Elite Health Solutions can provide that for you.​ 

    • You can order labs here: 

      • Patients will receive a requisition to take to LabCorp local to them ​

      • Please allow enough time to get your labs completed when booking your Physician consultation.

Book a consultation with an Elite Health Solutions Physician to determine suitability for GLP-1 prescriptions.  The $85 consultation fee will be paid at the time of booking to hold your spot in our schedule.  Patients may add on a lab order at that time - if not already ordered above.

This will be a telehealth (virtual) visit.  You will fill out the Elite Health Solutions new patient paperwork (health history). This will be text / emailed to you.

All paperwork and lab results must be on file 48-hours before your scheduled appointment, otherwise your appointment will be cancelled ($50 cancellation fee within 24-hours of appointment time)
 

Once you are determined as a suitable GLP-1 prescription candidate, you will be sent medication options from Elite Health Solutions for you to order.
Prescriptions are intended as a 4-week supply, and shipped via FedEx to your home from the pharmacy.
Upon payment received, your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy for processing. Our compounding pharmacy partners are U.S. based ~ fully accredited ~ and will ship your medication directly to you via FedEx Priority Overnight.

There is a 3 to 5 business day processing time with the pharmacies from order placement.

Our pharmacies can not mail medication to these states:
AL,AR,CA,HI,KS,MI,MN,MS
